A cycle – charity event, officially TechBikers2017, was held over the last weekend (12. – 14. May). Entrepreneurs swapped laptops for bikes and attended a three-day event from Vienna to Budapest and rode ca 320 km.
The whole concept originates back to 2012 and for the first time the tracks led from Paris to London. The event was premiered in Slovakia. All funds collected from these projects go to Room to Read, a non-profitable charity organization which supports education of children in the developing countries in Africa and Asia.
30 representatives from technological companies participated in the three-day event and so did “janom team”. We believe that all funds collected will help children and at least give them a chance to follow their dreams.
